Relaxation:
Swedish style massage for general relaxation.

Therapeutic:
A combination of advanced techniques with medium to deep pressure.  Gives extra attention to specific problem areas.

Myofascial Release:
A gentle, unique restorative technique utilizing therapeutic touch to balance the systems of your body in a soothing effective way.  Some of the common symptoms addressed include chronic pain, fibromyalgin, headaches and dysfunction.  Aromatic essential oils are used to calm and rejuvenate the nervous system.

Specialty Massage:

Foot reflexology with paraffin dip and peppermint rub - $60

Reflexology:
Reflexology treats the feet and/or hands as a way of treating the whole body.  Its premise is that there are areas of the feet and hands that correspond to areas of the body, including organ systems.  These areas are treated with pressure point therapy to evoke healing in the corresponding body parts.  Reflexology is a form of "touching" glands and nerves of the body by massage and pressure on the reflex points in the feet.

Fancy Foot Massage Party:

Ladies:  Gather your friends and schedule a ladies Fancy Foot Massage Party!  Available to groups of 4 to 8 people.  Complete your Bed and Breakfast experience by relaxing with a Fancy Foot Massage and paraffin dip with a peppermint rub.  Light refreshments will be served at this fun-filled activity.  Price per person - $35
